Took 30 minutes to get to speak to someone which isn't the real issue, the issue is that I was informed I did not get a call back because there was no number for me on file. WHAT? I had a call back from the surgery only a week a go and all of a sudden my number disappeared? This resulted in the 30 minutes wait before I could speak to someone and I called at 3pm not 9am in the morning. The person that answered the phone didn't know how I could have been contacted when there is no number held. Well I definitely had a call and I can show this on my call log.

I now have a new gp dr danagher since my previous dr retired .i was so anxious as change for me is extremely difficult.dr danagher very quickly helped me feel at ease .he is extremely kind and caring and compassionate I’ve now saw him on few occasions and I now feel at ease with him his knowledge as a dr is so reassuring I feel at ease and put my life in his hands in knowledge knowing he wouldn’t let anything go a miss.i never feel not listened to on same hand I listen to good advise he gives .hes got a remarkable understanding on my illness and completely reassures me of my worries .when I leave I feel relaxed in his knowledge of exceptional care and the reassurance I feel I can totally trust.i no longer dread my dr visits.thank you dr danagher.not fogetting all the lovely receptionists always willing to help and totally not there fault if they can’t offer an appointment they can’t produce what’s not available.but never would they leave you poorly without finding you an appointment at a hub.all nurses are so hard working kind and caring.i will never find words worthy enough to thank this surgery for all they’ve done for me over many years.so a huge thank you to dr danagher all receptionists and nurses you all do an amazing job..we need to take a moment to think what we’d do without such a great surgrry

This surgery is clean warm and welcoming.very nice friendly receptionists.everyone who works at the surgery are welcoming .i just couldn't fault anybody there.drs are so very nice also.my gp in particular is so very nice.i can always get an appointment normally to suit myself.at times if I need an urgent appointment it may be with a different dr.or you have the choice of waiting outside for surgery to open to ensure getting an appointment that day.this is of no fault of the surgery it's down to drs been over stretched with commitments.receptionists do all they can to fit patients in with dr of there choice.this is not always possible though.i would fully recommend this surgery as the best in town.thank you all very much
